As a rental agent, we assist foreign professionals (expats) who move to the Netherlands or within the Netherlands. Our clients are in the country for a certain period of time for a project or assignment. Weenawonen Makelaars screens all candidates to make the right match. For example, we look at function, family situation, period and budget.
We work on a no cure, no pay basis to find a reliable tenant for your home as quickly as possible. So you only pay us when we have successfully rented out your house or apartment.

VERHUREN AAN EXPATS OP NO CURE, NO PAY BASIS

Als verhuurmakelaar assisteren wij buitenlandse professionals (expats) die naar Nederland of binnen Nederland verhuizen. Onze cliënten zijn voor bepaalde tijd in het land voor een project of opdracht. Weenawonen Makelaars screent alle kandidaten om de juiste match te kunnen maken. Zo kijken wij onder andere naar functie, gezinssituatie, periode en budget.
Wij werken op basis van no cure, no pay om zo snel mogelijk een betrouwbare huurder voor uw woning te vinden. U betaalt ons dus alleen op het moment dat wij uw woning of appartement succesvol hebben weten te verhuren.
